Job opportunities continue to grow: Best Buy plans North American expansion. On January 31, 2005 Best Buy Co. Inc. announced that it intends to open 73 new stores in the U.S. and Canada during its fiscal year 2006 which begins Febuary 6, 2005. As quoted "we remain committed to growing to 1000 super stores in North America" says Brian Dunn, Best Buy's president of retail North America.
